Do you ship your shoes internationally?
Our goal at Alexander Noel is to be able to ship around the world to you bringing comfort and quality to your doorstep. We work closely with our manufacturing teams to identify reliable delivery. You will be able to see the cost of an international delivery in your cart. For the shoes created exclusively online we are pleased to offer free delivery to our customers.method.
Does Alexander Noel deliver footwear to my country?
We are happy to deliver to our customers around the world. If UPS, DHL or FedEx are permitted to deliver to your country, then we will get your shoes to you. If for whatever reason we are not able to deliver to a specific country, we will contact you immediately or you will be able to see your delivery status as you go through checkout process.
How long will it take to deliver my custom shoe order?
Our shoes are made specifically for you, once you order. Each pair of shoes and one shoe at a time are handcrafted by our artisans. Since each shoe is unique, the time is longer than the regular production process, however we are sure you will be satisfied with the striking quality of each pair. Each artisan creation will take 10 to 20 business days to complete a pair of and then express delivery to you. Delivery times will depend on the final delivery location of your shoes and the complexity of your designed shoe.
How can I track my order to see where product is?
Once you complete your order in our Shop Online section or the design of your exclusive creation, we will send you periodic updates on where your shoe is in the production process. Once the order is complete, we will then provide you an air delivery tracking number through UPS, DHL, or FedEx to give you the anticipated timing of your delivery to your home or office.
Our delivery service partners also provide you the opportunity to receive SMS/text messages on updates of your masterpiece shoe delivery. Additional benefits include: Allows for your deliver to be held at the locate shipping location Adjust to your specific time you would like to pick up.
What is the prices of delivery?
We charge a $15 to $35 flat fee per order to ship anywhere in North America. If you live outside of North America, there are additional charges for international shipping, but these shoes are worth it!
How do your shoes run in size?
In our footwear range, we offer an array of sizes to accommodate every preference. For those who typically wear half sizes, we recommend rounding down to the nearest whole size when choosing boots and formal shoes. For instance, if your usual dress shoe size is 11, stick with that size. However, if you're accustomed to a 11.5, opt for a size 11 instead. Our sneaker collection follows standard sizing conventions closely. If you've encountered tightness in our footwear, we advise ordering a half-size larger for a more comfortable fit. And remember, ensuring an accurate fit is crucial, so grab a measuring tape to verify your foot size if you're unsure.
What is the Alexander Noel cancellation policy?
We really hope you LOVE your new shoes, but there’s always a chance that you’ve changed your mind or aren’t feeling 100% about them. Kindly be aware that once a purchase is made, our team in Europe initiates the process promptly. Should you wish to cancel your order after a few days, we regret to inform you that we may not be able to intervene and halt the processing. Therefore, the order will stand, and you'll be required to uphold it. However, if you find the need to modify your order details, such as size or width, we'll strive to accommodate your request to the best of our ability. You may return your order to the warehouse for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply email our customer service department at: Please note return shipping is at your expense (we know that’s tough for now—we’re not at Nordstrom’s level yet). So, this also means returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Additional Info: Within our 30-day return policy, there are no catches or exceptions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it, along with the receipt in the original packaging according to the following requirements: There should be no visual wear and/or damage to the original product. (So, no wearing them to a big job interview and returning them. -- not cool!) If our product is returned, worn, damaged or past the required 30-day return time, your refund will be calculated based on a 50% re-stocking fee. Once our warehouse confirms that your return meets the criteria above, we will send you an email confirmation and issue you a refund right away!
What are your shoes made of?
Our shoes are made around the world and are made with the highest quality materials. We only use the best grain leather sourced from tanneries throughout Europe. One of our amazing artisans has developed a unique burnished texture as it goes through the aging process. The leather is dyed and done individually and manually. The soles are handmade made from Argentinean calf skin. The materials we use to make your shoes are simply beautiful! In addition to our exceptional tanned leather, we provide an array of distinctive options including fabric, ostrich, alligator, python, waxed suede, shell cordovan, as well as fabric with digital printing capabilities. And we’re not done yet! The amazing thing about working with some great artisans around the world is we build your quality shoe with the best of all parts from around the world. Not only can you select the textures of leathers, suedes, but you can also have the best of quality fabrics and color when you design your own shoes with our unique technology. Can I change or cancel the order once I have made the order?
Once you complete the online order or design shoe online, your order is processed immediately. Please contact our team using the Alexander Noel chat, text, or email functions to let us know of any changes you wish to make, and we will do our best accommodate and expedite your request. If you decide to cancel, please use our cancellation process found in the FAQ.

One thing that is very important to do a quick foot size check when you are going to buy a new pair of shoes. While your feet are complex and amazing, your constant changes (and yes, even weight changes) will potentially cause your feet to change in length and width. With that being said, our shoes run accurate to size. In other words, when you put your foot on the Brannock device (the foot measuring tool), and you get the number, this number will be true shoe size. If you wear a 9.5, then I would suggest that you select a size 9 online.
