Custom Orders Policy
All women's shoes and boots are custom-made and cannot be changed, returned, or refunded.
All deeply discounted items purchased during traditional holiday sales events (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other promotions) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once you place your order or create a custom design in our Design Lab, production begins immediately with our artisan team in Europe. Please double-check all details (size, width, color, specifications) before completing your purchase.
Important: Please note that we will send you a communication to double-check your size before production begins. If you order the wrong size or specifications after confirmation, you will be responsible for the cost of a new pair. We cannot modify or cancel orders once production has started.
Return & Refund Policy (Non-Custom Orders Only)
Non-custom orders may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if:
Returned in original packaging with no wear or damage
You cover return shipping costs
Not sent C.O.D.
Eligible Returns: We gladly accept returns for sizing or fit issues, quality defects, or shipping damage.
Non-Eligible Returns: We cannot accommodate returns for change of mind, style preferences, event cancellations, or buyer's remorse. As a small business partnering with skilled artisans, we ask that you carefully review your order before purchasing. We're here to address genuine quality or fit concerns.
Worn or late returns: A 75% restocking fee applies to items showing wear/damage or returned after 30 days.
What are your shoes made of?
Our shoes are made around the world and are made with the highest quality materials.
We only use the best grain leather sourced from tanneries throughout Europe. One of our amazing artisans has developed a unique burnished texture as it goes through the aging process. The leather is dyed and done individually and manually. The soles are handmade made from Argentinean calf skin. The materials we use to make your shoes are simply beautiful!
In addition to our exceptional tanned leather, we provide an array of distinctive options including fabric, ostrich, alligator, python, waxed suede, shell cordovan, as well as fabric with digital printing capabilities.
And we’re not done yet! The amazing thing about working with some great artisans around the world is we build your quality shoe with the best of all parts from around the world. Not only can you select the textures of leathers, suedes, but you can also have the best of quality fabrics and color when you design your own shoes with our unique technology.

Can I change or cancel the order once I have made the order?
We truly hope you LOVE your new shoes or boots, and we take great care to ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes changes or adjustments may be necessary. Here's how we handle these situations:
Responsibility for Custom Designs: Once you complete your purchase or create your custom design in our Design Lab, the order is sent to our team in Europe for immediate processing. If you need to make changes to details like size or width, please contact us promptly through the Alexander Noel text or email options. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once the order is in production.
Responsibility for Custom Designs: If you’ve used our Design Lab to create your shoes or boots and there is an error—such as ordering the wrong size or specifications—it will be your responsibility to cover the costs for any recreation or a new purchase. Please double-check all details before finalizing your custom order.
Return & Refund Policy: For non-custom orders, you may return your item to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is returned in its original packaging with no wear or damage.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we're not at Nordstrom's level yet!). Returns sent to C.O.D. will not be accepted.
We want you to love your Alexander Noel shoes or boots, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that refunds or order changes are only allowed for legitimate reasons, such as issues with sizing or fit. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate refund requests based on reasons like an event passing, dissatisfaction, or other similar situations. We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are not Nordstrom—our goal is to deliver high-quality, personalized products, and we trust you to take responsibility for your purchase.
